Séance spéciale dédiée à l’entrée au Panthéon de Missak et Mélinée Manouchian Sur les murs de la France occupée, une affiche rouge livrait à la vindicte populaire un groupe de résistants étrangers, communistes pour la plupart, animé par l’Arménien Missak Manouchian. Arrêtés au cours d’une vaste rafle allemande, 22 de ces 23 partisans immigrés qui luttaient pour une France libre furent fusillés au Mont Valérien le 21 février 1944. La vingt-troisième, une femme, fut exécutée par les nazis le 10 mai 1944. C’est l’histoire héroïque de ces martyrs étrangers de la Résistance française que ce film retrace. Pour la troisième année consécutive, l’Ambassade de France / Institut français d’Arménie s'associe à Filmadaran, pour l’organisation à la Bibliothèque Nationale d’un ciné-club consacré au cinéma français.
