Employees of the National Library of Armenia Lusine Lulukyan, Armine Mkrtchyan and Sara Zohrabyan took part in two important international thematic programs in Moscow and Kazan from May 15 to 27. On June 3, they presented to their colleagues a report on the participation of the Russian State Library in the 28th All-Russian Library Congress “Educational cooperation between libraries of the CIS countries” and “Library in a multipolar world.”

Sara Zohrabyan presented an “Information technologies in the library sector. How to attract young specialists” (using the example of the National Library of Armenia). Young library specialists were impressed by the condition of the building and technical equipment of the National Library of Tatarstan in Kazan. It is noteworthy that the structure of this library was built from Armenian tuff.

Participation in such projects is a good school for young librarians, allowing them to deepen their knowledge and establish contacts with international colleagues.
