National Library Week began with a visit of cadets of the Military Academy named after Vazgen Sargsyan of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia to the National Library. Accompanied by the director of the National Library Anna Chulyan they toured the library and visited the large reading room.

The excursion continued to the Book Museum, where the cadets got acquainted with the history of Armenian book printing and the great legacy left by famous pioneer printers. The cadets became readers of our library and received library cards.

A memorandum of cooperation was signed in the presidential hall between the National Library of Armenia and the Military Academy named after. Vazgen Sargsyan. The memorandum was signed by the director of the library Anna Chulyan and the head of the military academy Colonel Arsen Mangasaryan.
