The National Library of Armenia has published a statistical analysis of the work "Libraries of Armenia in 2023" (compiled by Mariam Aslanyan).

According to the collection, in 2023, there were 578 public libraries in the Republic, including 10 district, 110 city, 437 rural and 21 children's libraries. The book presents publications of the National Library of Armenia, the Khnko Aper National Children's Library, the Fundamental Scientific, Scientific-Technical and Scientific-Medical Libraries of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia.

Data on university libraries is also presented separately based on the annual reports provided by universities. The book is compiled based on the data provided by the National Statistical Service of the Republic of Armenia. It is a necessary source for researchers, libraries, mass media and various organizations studying the activities of libraries operating in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
