On April 4, 2023, National Library of the Czech Republic hosted the grand opening of the exhibition “Hello Armenia! Hello, Czech Republic!”, organized by the National Library of the Czech Republic and the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in the Czech Republic with the support of the University of Pardubice and the Slavic Union of the Czech Republic. The exhibition is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and the Czech Republic. The exposition presents portraits of prominent Armenian figures, colorful images of the wild nature and cultural heritage of Armenia. In addition to photographs, the exhibition displays documents from the collections of the Czech National Library as well as previously unpublished archaeological researches.  

 

Director of the National Library of Armenia Anna Chulyan participated in the opening ceremony. The exhibition will be open from April 5 to May 16.
