On January 12, 2023, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia Zhanna Andreasyan, Deputy Minister Ara Khzmalyan and Head of the Department of Cultural Heritage and Folk Crafts Astghik Marabyan paid a visit to the National Library of Armenia.  
Director of the Library Anna Chulyan greeted the official delegation and gave them a tour. Minister visited the main and scientific reading halls of the library, the department of periodicals, got acquainted with the conditions for storing books in the library premises, with the processes of the books digitization. At the end of the visit, Minister held a meeting with the library administration, during which the forthcoming plans and further development of the library have been discussed.
