National Library Armenia has digitized the newspaper "Arshaluys" of the Ninotsminda region of the Republic of Georgia. It is the successor of the former newspaper "Stalinyan Ugi". Currently, the editor of the newspaper is Lusine Vardanyan. The newspaper's founding editor is Molik Sedrakyan, who held responsible positions and is known as the founder of the poetry festival named after Vahan Teryan. In previous years, the editors were also A. Vardanyan, A. Vardapetyan and others.
"Arshaluys" is a regional newspaper with the largest circulation among those published in Georgia. The language of the publication is Armenian, but sometimes Russian-language materials were published. The newspaper covers the life of Javakhk Armenians, and socio-political events in Georgia and Armenia.
