On March 7, 2025, the National Library of Armenia hosted a festive concert in anticipation of International Women's Day. The event featured young and talented musicians performing on traditional Armenian instruments such as the kanun, kamancha, santur, blul, oud, and dhol, as well as cello and piano pieces. The musical atmosphere was further enriched by the vocal performance of Aramé Yunanyan. Additionally, the event showcased paintings by young artists and works by young carpet weavers from the Folk Arts Foundation "Hangoyts." As a gesture of appreciation, the National Library presented books to the talented young women. The concert was organized by the "Maestro" Cultural Organization and the Armenian State Philharmonic, as part of the "Bür Astgh" project, which aims to bring together talented musicians, artists, and craftsmen from Yerevan, regions, border communities, and abroad for collaborative programs. The event was hosted by Varduhi Gevorgyan, the head of the "Maestro" Cultural Organization. For more details, you can visit the official announcement on the National Library's website:
