The National Library of Armenia is expanding and deepening partnerships with libraries in European countries.  
The Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the National Library of Armenia and the National Library of the Czech Republic during the annual general meeting of directors of CENL, held in Paris on June 19-21, 2023. The memorandum provides rich opportunities for professional learning and experience exchange between libraries.  
In 2023, it is planned to exchange experiences between specialists from the two libraries on the topics of conservation and restoration of library collections, digitalization of old books and manuscripts, and digitalization concepts.
