The National Library of Armenia continuously strives to value, research, and publicize the Armenian press of the Diaspora. A comprehensive bibliography of Beirut's daily newspaper "Azdak" is presently being developed as part of these efforts. In honor of "Azdak's" 100th anniversary, this comprehensive reference book is scheduled to be released in 2027. It will serve as a useful resource, particularly for scholars researching the history, culture, and media of the Armenian Diaspora.

This initiative was brought to life by a memorandum of understanding signed in 2021 between the National Library of Armenia and the editorial staff of the Azdak daily newspaper, which envisages a wide range of cooperation, from the implementation of joint projects to digitization work and the exchange of professional experience. The Daily's editor-in-chief, Shahan Kandaharian, was recently on a working visit to the National Library of Armenia. He got acquainted with the ongoing work, participated in discussions, and presented the library with the 2026 "Exclusive" issue of "Azdak".

Published since 1927, the daily newspaper "Azdak" is still in operation today, serving as one of the main outlets for the Armenian press in the diaspora and contributing significantly to the preservation of Armenian script, language, and culture in numerous communities worldwide.
