A public lecture was held at the National Library of Armenia on the 140th anniversary of one of the greatest poets Daniel Varuzhan. At the event, the head of the scientific reading room, Arevik Zakharyan, spoke about Varuzhan.

A public speech was also given by literary scholar, teacher, and Doctor of Philological Sciences, Margarita Khachatryan. Margarita Khachatryan said she would spend her vacation in the National Library, where she makes discoveries every time. “And my desire, if you like, is to dedicate such a powerful song to the people of the future, so that the Motherland would at least not regret giving birth to such a creature as me,” the great Western Armenian poet, who created poems that bear the stamp of the national style, craved.
