This summer, the National Library of Armenia held about 40 events, which more than 850 people attended. During these months, 547 new readers were registered, and the number of visits to the library was 24,324. Several initiatives were also implemented in the library. In particular, on 105th anniversary of the foundation of the National Library of Armenia, a museum and exhibition hall were opened on the second floor of the Tamanyan building.

Several book exhibitions were held in the library in the summer, among which the exhibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Western Armenian poet Zahrat deserves special attention. Contacts with regional and public libraries continued. The library also continued a series of monthly exhibitions and discussions of French films with the Filmadaran public organization.
