Within the framework of the National Library Week program, on April 15, employees of the National Library of Armenia, Maya Hayrapetyan and Tatevik Tamazyan, visited the Armavir Regional Library. From the collection of the Cooperation and Book Exchange Department, the Armavir Regional Library and six community libraries were enriched with 350 units of literature, allocated through the 2025 subsidy. An electronic service system was piloted at the Armavir Regional Library. The website armavir.nla.am was launched on-site, and staff were introduced to the ongoing work with the Koha library management system. The regulations for the reader database were established in alignment with the children's department’s guidelines. To create the reader database, accounts were opened for the library staff in the Koha system. Reports reflecting key service indicators were generated. Staff were introduced to the procedures for reader registration, working with reports, and book circulation processes. These activities were applied in practice during the training session, serving actual library visitors.
