The National Library of Armenia has been replenished with valuable publications received from the Armenian National-Cultural Organization "Erebuni" of North Ossetia. The library received a gift from the organization: the picture book "Our Ossetia: Erebuni" and the monthly magazine "Erebuni".

The photobook is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the organization. It tells the story of the Armenian community living in Ossetia, from their first settlement in Vladikavkaz (17th–18th centuries) to the present day. It reveals how Armenians not only settled in the region but also played a significant role in its development, especially in the fields of crafts, trade, education, and culture.

The book presents important historical episodes:

▪ the construction of Armenian churches,

▪ the history of the first Armenian school in Vladikavkaz,

▪ the architectural heritage left by Armenian merchants and noble families,

▪ the activities of prominent figures of Armenian descent.

The photo album has a wealth of original historical photos, papers, and records of local life that are useful for readers in general as well as academics. We express our gratitude to the "Erebuni" Armenian National Cultural Organization, represented by Director A.V. Safronidi-Melikyan, for their cooperation and transfer of valuable publications to the library.
