Second-year students of the Faculty of History and Social Sciences of the Armenian State Pedagogical University named after Khachatur Abovyan, accompanied by professors Mariam Yeghyan and Sergey Barkhudaryan, visited the National Library of Armenia on an introductory visit.

They visited the Printing Museum, the large and small halls named after Alexander Tamanyan, and got acquainted with the work of the public relations, digitization and registration departments. Students looked with interest at book exhibitions dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Paruyr Sevak and the 150th anniversary of the first edition of the epic Sasna Tsrer.

Public Relations staff identified the most interesting books and publications for students, which sparked heated discussions. Being historians, they were impressed by the exhibits and even made some discoveries for themselves. Students stopped in front of the February in Literature book display, where, seeing familiar and unfamiliar authors, they had an impromptu discussion on the books they had read or were planning to read.
