The National Library of Armenia, being the world's largest repository of Armenian printed materials, is a scientific, educational, cultural, and informational flagship in the collection, processing, preservation, and dissemination of Armenian printed cultural heritage.

We digitize and provide free access to Armenia's cultural heritage for everyone. The Armenian Library Catalog is the only database that has no or very little unprocessed information content. It is a bibliographic database of materials available in various libraries in Armenia, which, although coordinated by the National Library of Armenia, covers all libraries in the system. It is the best tool for determining the number of copies of a book available and their location.

So! All digital library databases are in open access - open access without registration. To: • search, view or download materials - registration is not required; • receive a printed version - registration in the library is required.

Main databases: 1. Armenian Book (1512–1940) – full digital copies of Armenian books. 2. Armenian Press – newspapers and magazines from 1794 to the present day. 3. Digital Repository – scientific and cultural materials in DSpace format. 4. Union Catalog of Armenian Libraries – information about the collections of Armenian libraries.
