The Research Center for Historical and Cultural Heritage, in collaboration with the French National Institute of Heritage, held a training course on “Collection Care and Working Methods” on July 15-18.

Employees of the National Library of Armenia, including Mariam Aslanyan, Tatevik Ghambaryan, Anush Ghazaryan, Lusine Petrosyan, and Balasan Harutyunyan, attended the three-day course.

The course was held at the Hovh. Sharambean Museum of Folk Arts. The goal is to present the French experience and modern knowledge in the care of museum objects and collections. Florence Bertin, the trainer, toured the Museum of Printing, the Art Department, the reading rooms, and the National Library of Armenia with the NLA staff.
