This edition has been compiled with the logic of responding to the challenges of the modern library sector and contributing to the solution of the key issues facing the professional community. It reflects the changes taking place in the library sector, which are conditioned by the rapid development of digital technologies, new approaches to the preservation of cultural heritage, and the redefinition of the role of libraries as centers of knowledge and communication.

The articles in this issue of the journal are presented in the following thematic sections: “Digital Content Management”, “Heritage Preservation and Popularization”, “Management and Professional Development”, “Reports”. The journal “Bulletin of Armenian Libraries” continues to expand its visibility and accessibility for the professional community. It is presented in the digital repositories of the National Library of Armenia, has its own platform in the Open Journal Systems (OJS) system and is registered on the EBSCO platform, which contributes to increasing international recognition, expanding the visibility of scientific works and their long-term digital preservation.
