The journal presents articles and reports by participants of the international conference "France-Armenia: Historical and Cultural Dialogue" held at the National Library of Armenia on April 29-30, as well as by specialists in library and related fields. The articles are presented in the following thematic sections: “Armenian Collections Around the World”, “Digital Content Management”, “The Digital 21st Century: Challenges”, “Heritage Preservation and Promotion”, “Bibliography”, and “Reports”.

The "Bulletin of Armenian Libraries" is a scientific and methodical publication that is continually becoming more visible and accessible to the professional community. It is presented in the digital repositories of the National Library of Armenia, and also already has its own separate platform in the Open Journal Systems (OJS) system. The journal's presence on the OJS platform ensures long-term digital preservation and archiving, as well as visibility of readership and publication statistics, and exposure on global platforms. Specialists in library science, bibliography, museology, and humanities are the target audience for this publication.
